- When booking the space, you will need to provide identification documents for entry clearance at the building’s front desk. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed if accompanied by their legal guardians.
- Entry to the building before check-in time is NOT allowed. If you arrive earlier, you must wait outside until the reservation time.
- Staying in the building after check-out time is NOT allowed. You must leave after 11 am.
- Visitors, smoking in the accommodation, or bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Any of these will result in a fine.
- We are not a hotel; we do not provide daily cleaning or linen change services. If you need extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, these must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)
- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy. If they run out, guests must replace them themselves.
- Services such as laundry and mini market are paid directly to the respective providers. These services are NOT included in the price of your stay and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are not responsible for these third-party services.
- We do not accept reservations made for third parties. Please do not insist!
- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you are late leaving, you will be charged a fine equal to 2 nights.
- Switching guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only guests who have been registered in advance will have access to the accommodation.
- There may be construction noise in or around the building, which is beyond our control.

The studio was designed for guests to enjoy peaceful days in a cozy and fully equipped space. It features a double bed with bed linens and towels, a space that can be used for work or meals, a full bathroom, and a living area with armchairs and a large television. Through the window, you can admire the view of a tree-lined and quiet street, which adds even more comfort to the space.
The condominium offers 24-hour security, entrance hall, gym, elevators, and a convenience store. *The use of these spaces is subject to the condominium’s rules.
Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be activities or maintenance, scheduled or not, that are beyond our control and are part of the daily routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or the closure of certain areas without prior notice.

It can accommodate up to 3 people and is perfect for those who want to explore São Paulo.

If you wish to use the single bed, you may either share the linens or request an extra set (R$80.00). Linens for the single bed are provided at no extra cost only for reservations of 3 guests.
- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if you run out, you are responsible for restocking.
- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market are paid directly to each responsible provider. These services are NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are also not responsible for these services, as they are provided by third parties.
- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!
- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you check out late, a penalty equivalent to 2 nights will be charged.
- Guest changes during the reservation are NOT allowed. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.
- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours established by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

- Ao reservar o espaço, será necessário enviar os documentos de identidade para fazer a liberação na portaria do prédio. Menores de 18 anos somente acompanhados dos responsáveis.
- A permanência no prédio é permitida somente após o horário de check-in e antes do horário de check-out.
- Proibido sob qualquer hipótese receber visitas, fumar na acomodação ou entrar com pet. Em qualquer um dos casos, haverá multa.
- Não somos hotel, não temos serviço de limpeza diária e nem de troca de enxoval. Se desejar roupa de cama extra ou uma limpeza durante a estadia, deverá ser contratado a parte! (Limpeza extra: R$150,00), (Enxoval extra: R$80,00)
- Não fazemos reposição de itens como: papel higiênico, sabonete, café, açúcar, entre outros. Esses itens são deixados como cortesia, portanto caso acabe, o hóspede deverá repor por conta própria.
- Não aceitamos reservas para terceiros, favor não insistir!
- Não toleramos atrasos no check-out, portanto, caso atrase estará sujeito a multa.
- As roupas de cama e banho são fornecidas conforme o número de hóspedes. Portanto, caso a reserva seja apenas para 2 pessoas, apenas as roupas da cama serão fornecidas, ficando a critério do hóspede dividi-las caso pretenda utilizar o sofá cama, ou fazer a contratação de um enxoval extra (R$80,00). Roupas para o sofá cama a são disponibilizadas sem custo apenas para reservas de 3 hóspedes.
- Por se tratar de um prédio novo, poderá haver barulho de obra nos horários permitidos pelo condomínio, os quais não temos controle.
- Não é permitido fazer a troca de hospedes durante a reserva. Apenas hospedes previamente cadastrados poderão ter acesso a hospedagem.
