In addition, we provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. The building has a 24-hour doorman, rooftop pool, gym and laundry. This studio has the perfect balance between leisure and work!

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.

- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.

- Guests are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation or pets allowed in. In any case, a fine will be charged.

- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must purchase this separately!

- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are left as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest must replace them themselves.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, so please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs, so if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

Fradique Coutinho Station (Line 4 - Yellow): This is the closest subway station, located approximately 350 meters from the address, which is equivalent to about a 5-minute walk.

Bus:

Nearby stops: The bus stops on Rua dos Pinheiros and Rua Arthur de Azevedo are about a 3 to 5-minute walk from the location. Several lines serve these stops, including 875C-10, 847P-10, 775F-10, 709P-10, 477P-10, 477A-10, among others, connecting the area to various points in the city.

Train:

Hebraica-Rebouças Station (Line 9 - Emerald): Located approximately 2.2 km from the address, the journey can be made in about 28 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car/ride-hailing app.

São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU): Located approximately 35 km away, the journey can take between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes by car or taxi. By public transport, it's possible to take the metro to Luz Station, transfer to Line 11-Coral to Aeroporto-Guarulhos Station, and then take a bus to the terminal, totaling approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Bus Terminal:

Tietê Bus Terminal: Located approximately 10.5 km from the location. By car or ride-sharing app, the journey takes between 25 and 35 minutes. By public transport, simply take Metro Line 4-Yellow from Fradique Coutinho Station to Luz Station, transfer to Line 1-Blue and get off at Portuguesa-Tietê Station. Estimated time: 30 to 40 minutes.
