- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests will have access to the accommodation.
- Because this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours, which we have no control over.

*Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines, which are the guest's responsibility and may be taken to court if necessary.
The studio is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have hot and cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a double bed, a sofa bed, a gas-heated shower, an air fryer, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, and a balcony with comfortable seating for a late-afternoon glass of wine.
