- When booking the space, you will need to send your identification documents to the building's reception for access control. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.
- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking is permitted in the accommodation, or pets are allowed. Any violation will result in a fine.
- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning or linen changes. If you require extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)
- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy; therefore, if they run out, the guest must replenish them at their own expense.
- We do not accept reservations for third parties; please do not insist!
- We do not tolerate late check-outs, therefore, any delays will be subject to a fine.
- Bed linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests. Therefore, if the reservation is for only 2 people, only bed linens will be provided. Guests may choose to share linens if they wish to use a single bed, or purchase extra linens (R$80.00). Linens for a single bed are provided free of charge only for reservations of 3 guests.
- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours, which we have no control over.
- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:
- No smoking;
- No visitors;
- No pets allowed;
- Toilet paper is prohibited from being flushed down the toilet; the trash can is provided for this purpose.
- Be careful with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry service cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.
CONDOMINIUM RULES:
- Smoking is prohibited in the condominium;
- Wearing swimwear is prohibited in common areas and in the elevator;
- Leaving shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment is prohibited;
- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is prohibited;
- Using glasses and glass items in the pool area is prohibited;
- If you need to take out trash, this must be done using the service elevator.
*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest to pay, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
The studio is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a double bed, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker and coffee, a balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy a glass of wine in the late afternoon, and a table with chairs that can be used for meals or work!
The building is a residential condominium that offers the following amenities:

- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during the hours permitted by the building management, which we cannot control.
- It is not allowed to switch guests during the reservation. Only registered guests will be allowed to access the accommodation.
