New and fully equipped studio in Consolação. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with coffee maker, stove, household utensils and much more. We also provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. The building has a 24-hour doorman, gym and coworking space. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is perfect for those who want to explore São Paulo.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building’s reception. Guests under 18 are only allowed if accompanied by a guardian.

- Entry to the building before the check-in time is NOT allowed. If you arrive earlier, you will need to wait outside until your reservation time.

- Staying in the building after the check-out time is NOT permitted. You must leave after 11:00 AM.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring pets under any circumstances. Any of these actions will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel, we do not provide daily cleaning or linen change services. If you want extra linens or a cleaning service during your stay, this must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linens: R$80.00)

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. If your reservation is for 2 people, only the bed linens for the main bed will be provided. If you wish to use the single bed, you may either share the linens or request an extra set (R$80.00). Linens for the single bed are provided at no extra cost only for reservations of 3 guests.

- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if you run out, you are responsible for restocking.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market are paid directly to each responsible provider. These services are NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are also not responsible for these services, as they are provided by third parties.

- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you check out late, a penalty equivalent to 2 nights will be charged.

- Guest changes during the reservation are NOT allowed. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours established by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited;

- Receiving visitors is prohibited;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the trash bin provided for that purpose.

- Please avoid staining the linens. A fee of R$50.00 per stained item will be charged; if the laundry fails to remove the stain, the full price of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and in the elevator is forbidden;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or other objects outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is prohibited;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- When taking out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to follow the rules is subject to fines, and guests are responsible for payment. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

Guests may use the coworking space and gym freely, following the condominium rules and opening hours. Other areas of the condominium that require scheduling are not authorized for use. Please check the opening hours of each area at the reception desk.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
