- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.
- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.
- Guests are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.
- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation or pets allowed in. In any case, a fine will be charged.
- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must purchase this separately!
- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are left as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest must replace them themselves.
- We do not accept reservations for third parties, so please do not insist!
- We do not tolerate late check-outs, so if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

The studio is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a queen-size bed, a gas-heated shower, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, and coffee! It overlooks the street and has a comfortable balcony with a table, perfect for sipping wine in the evening or working while watching the sunrise. Equipped for 1, 2, or a maximum of 3 guests. It has a queen-size bed and a single futon, which we recommend only for children or those not very tall.
