- It is NOT allowed to stay in the building after the check-out time. You are required to leave after 11 AM.

- Under no circumstances is it allowed to receive visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets. In any of these cases, a fine will be applied.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay there may be actions or maintenance, scheduled or unexpected, that are part of the routine of a condominium and beyond our control, such as cleaning or temporary closure of certain areas without prior notice.
