Cozy studio - High floor - AC - Santo Amaro

New and fully equipped studio in a recently opened building in Santo Amaro. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with coffee maker, stove, household utensils and much more. We also provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. The building has a 24-hour doorman, swimming pool, gym and laundry. This studio has the perfect balance between leisure and work!

- When booking the space, you will need to provide identification documents for clearance at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by their guardians.

- Staying in the building is only allowed after check-in and before check-out times.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation is prohibited, and no pets are allowed. Any of these violations will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel; we do not provide daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you want extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy and, if you run out, you will need to replace them yourself.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties, please do not insist!

- Delays at check-out will not be tolerated and a fine will be applied in case of late check-out.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condo regulations, which is beyond our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only guests registered in advance will be granted access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the bin provided.

- Please take care with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Bathing suits are not permitted in common areas or elevators;

- Shoes, trash, or any objects are not to be left outside the apartment door;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railings is not allowed;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you want to dispose of trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which are the responsibility of the guest to pay and may result in legal action if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

Guests may use the swimming pool, laundry facilities, and gym as usual. To use the laundry facilities, you must create an account on the "OMO" app and add credit to use the machines. Please check with the front desk for the operating hours of each area.

The use of the areas on the 27th floor is strictly prohibited. If violated, the guest will be subject to a fine, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay there may be activities and maintenance, scheduled or not, that are beyond our control and are part of daily condominium routines, such as cleaning or the temporary closure of any area without prior notice.
