Studio moderno - Pinheiros

New and fully equipped studio in a recently opened building in Pinheiros. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, air fryer, household utensils and much more. We also provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. Space equipped for a maximum of 3 guests.

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.

- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.

- Guests are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation or pets allowed in. In any case, a fine will be charged.

- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must purchase this separately!

- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are left as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest must replace them themselves.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, so please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs, so if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors;

- No pets;

- No toilet paper in the toilet, the trash can is available for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on the linens, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full price of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the condominium;

- No bathing suits in the elevator;

- No shoes, trash or objects left outside the apartment;

- No hanging clothes on the balcony railing;

- No glasses or glass items in the pool area;

- If you are taking out trash, this must be done using the service elevator

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest to pay, and may be taken to court if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

Guests can only use the laundry. To use the laundry, you must create an account with the "OMO" app and do the recharging to use the machines. Please consult the portal or operating hours.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.

About access to the building:

Metro:

Fradique Coutinho Station (Line 4 - Yellow): This is the closest metro station, located approximately 350 meters from the address, which is equivalent to about a 5-minute walk.

Bus:

Nearby stops: The bus stops on Rua dos Pinheiros and Rua Arthur de Azevedo are approximately 3 to 5 minutes' walk from the location. Several lines serve these stops, including 875C-10, 847P-10, 775F-10, 709P-10, 477P-10, 477A-10, among others, which connect the area to various points in the city.

Train:

Hebraica-Rebouças Station (Line 9 - Esmeralda): Located approximately 2.2 km from the address, the journey can be made in about 28 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car/ride-sharing.

Car/ride-sharing:

The region is well served by important roads such as Rua dos Pinheiros, Avenida Rebouças and Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima. Traffic can be heavy during peak hours, and street parking spaces are limited. However, there are paid parking lots nearby that offer greater convenience.

Airports:

São Paulo/Congonhas Airport (CGH): Located approximately 10.5 km from the address. The journey by car or app takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic. By public transport, you can combine the subway (Line 4-Yellow to Santa Cruz Station, with connection to Line 5-Lilac) and bus, with an estimated time between 50 minutes and 1 hour.

São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU): Located approximately 35 km away, the journey can take between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes by car or taxi. By public transport, you can take the subway to Luz Station, transfer to Line 11-Coral to Aeroporto-Guarulhos Station and continue by bus to the terminal, totaling approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Bus Terminal:

Tietê Bus Terminal: Located approximately 10.5 km from the location. By car or app, the journey takes between 25 and 35 minutes. By public transport, simply take the 4-Yellow Line of the subway at Fradique Coutinho Station, continue to Luz Station, transfer to the 1-Blue Line and get off at Portuguesa-Tietê Station. Estimated time: 30 to 40 minutes.
