Studio moderno - Pinheiros

New and fully equipped studio in a recently opened building in Pinheiros. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, air fryer, household utensils and much more. We also provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. Space equipped for a maximum of 3 guests.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to authorize entry at the building's front desk. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by a guardian.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring pets. Any violation will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel and do not offer daily cleaning or linen change services. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linens: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy. If they run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

- We do not accept bookings on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!

- Late check-outs are not tolerated; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. So, if the reservation is for only 2 people, only one set of linens will be provided, and guests can choose to share if using the sofa bed, or hire extra linens (R$80.00). Sofa bed linens are only provided at no extra charge for reservations of 3 guests.

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours allowed by the condominium, which we cannot control.

- Changing guests during the stay is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not flush toilet paper in the toilet; please use the trash bin provided.

- Please be careful with stains on the linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item. If the stain cannot be removed by the laundry, the full replacement cost will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and elevators is not permitted;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes in the window;

- If you need to dispose of trash, please use the service elevator

*Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines, which are the guest's responsibility to pay and may be subject to legal action if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

The building is a residential condominium that offers several amenities:

- 24-hour concierge;

- Elevator

- Laundry facilities (to use the laundry, you will need to create an account on the "OMO" app and add credit to use the machines.)

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be actions and maintenance, whether scheduled or not, that are beyond our control and are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or restricted access to certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
