Complete loft, with high ceilings and everything you need to have an unforgettable experience! Located in one of the best regions of São Paulo, close to the Brooklin subway and shopping centers. The loft has a refrigerator, television, air conditioning, cooktop, iron, household utensils and other items for your convenience. A bed and bath linen kit is available. If you want an extra kit during your stay, the cost is R$50.00. Ideal for two or three people

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which we have no control over.

- When booking the space, you will need to send your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their guardians.

- Guests are only allowed to stay in the building after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation or pets allowed in. In any case, a fine will be charged.

- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer a daily cleaning service or a linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, you must purchase this separately!

- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are left as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest must replace them themselves.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, so please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs, so if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors;

- No pets;

- No toilet paper in the toilet, the trash can is available for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on the linens, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full price of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the condominium;

- No bathing suits in the elevator;

- No shoes, trash or objects left outside the apartment;

- No hanging clothes on the balcony railing;

- No glasses or glass items in the pool area;

- If you are taking out trash, this must be done using the service elevator

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest to pay, and may be taken to court if necessary.
