- When booking the space, you will need to provide identification documents to authorize your access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by legal guardians.

- Staying in the building is only allowed after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Visitors, smoking inside the accommodation, and entering with pets are strictly prohibited. In any of these cases, a fine of R$300.00 will apply.

- We are not a hotel and do not provide daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you would like extra bedding or a cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen set: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, and similar. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them.

- We do not accept reservations made on behalf of others, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out; in the event of delay, you will be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. For reservations of two people, only linens for the bed will be supplied; guests may share if using the sofa bed or choose to purchase an extra linen set (R$80.00). Linen for the sofa bed is only provided at no additional cost for reservations of 3 or 4 guests.

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the permitted hours set by the condominium, which we do not control.

- Changing guests during the reservation period is not allowed. Only guests previously registered may access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not flush toilet paper, use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Please avoid stains on bedding or towels. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, you will be charged the full replacement cost.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the condominium;

- Do not wear swimwear in common areas or in the elevator;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or belongings outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glassware or glass items in the pool area;

- When taking out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines, which are the responsibility of the guest. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be actions and maintenance, scheduled or unscheduled, which are beyond our control and part of the condominium's routine, such as cleaning or restriction of certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
