Located in a central neighborhood of the city of São Paulo, this apartment will provide mobility to anywhere in the city, with the ease of being 300 meters from a subway station and being able to do everything on foot, saving time and money due to the variety of shops available in the region and fun being in a building with complete leisure and in a region full of cultural spaces!

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours, over which we have no control.

- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents to obtain access at the building's reception. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini-market are paid directly to each of the responsible companies. These services are NOT included in the accommodation price and are paid separately by those who use them.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking is permitted in the accommodation, or pets are allowed. In any of these cases, a fine will be imposed.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning or linen changes. If you require extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately!

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest will be responsible for replenishing them at their own expense.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out, therefore, if you are late you will be subject to a fine.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet; a trash can is available for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full price of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the condominium;

- No wearing swimwear in the elevator;

- It is forbidden to leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- It is forbidden to use glasses and glass items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out trash, this must be done using the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the guest's responsibility to pay, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
