Prime Stay - Studio Deluxe - Vila Buarque

Fully equipped studio on a high floor with a view of Copan. Our studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, queen-size bed, Wi-Fi, airfryer, coffee maker, bed linens, towels, and other items. In addition, we are just a few meters from the subway, less than a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, historical and tourist attractions, and has easy access to other regions of São Paulo!

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by responsible adults.

- It is NOT allowed to enter the building before the check-in time. If you arrive earlier, you must wait outside until your reservation time.

- It is NOT allowed to stay in the building after check-out time. You must leave the premises by 11 a.m.

- Visitors, smoking inside the accommodation, or bringing pets are strictly forbidden. In any of these cases, a penalty will apply.

- We are not a hotel and do not offer daily cleaning or linen exchange services. If you want extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be requested and paid for separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linens: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, and others. These are provided as a courtesy; if they run out, guests are responsible for purchasing replacements.

- Services like luggage storage, laundry, and mini-market are paid directly to each responsible company. These services are NOT included in your accommodation fee and must be paid separately by whoever uses them. We also do not take responsibility for these services, as they are managed by third parties.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties; please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out. If you delay your check-out, a fine equal to the cost of 2 nights will apply.

- It is not allowed to change guests during the reservation. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Visitors are not allowed;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the trash bin for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on linens. A fee of R$50.00 per stained item will be charged, and if the laundry service cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas or the elevator is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, garbage, or objects outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is not allowed;

- Using glass cups or items in the pool area is forbidden;

- If you need to take out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules will result in penalties, which the guest will be responsible for paying and may result in legal action if necessary.

Common areas of the condominium:

- Rooftop pool (8 AM to 10 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8 AM to 10 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (8 AM to 11 PM);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

- Luggage storage (8 AM to 10 PM) - paid separately on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

It is FORBIDDEN to use the following areas: Barbecue area, party room, and garage. If used, a fine will apply.

Note: The apartment is in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be actions and maintenance, scheduled or not, that are out of our control and part of the condominium routine, such as cleaning or closure of certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
