- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by responsible adults.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring in pets. In any of these cases, a fine applies.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning or linen change services. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be requested separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests are responsible for restocking.

- We do not accept reservations on behalf of third parties, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during allowed hours as set by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

- It is not allowed to change guests during the reservation. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Please be careful with stains on bed linen, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full cost of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condominium;

- Do not leave shoes, garbage, or any items outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- If you need to dispose of garbage, it must be done using the service elevator

*Failure to follow the rules is subject to fines, which are the responsibility of the guest to pay and may result in legal action if necessary.

The studio was designed for guests to enjoy peaceful days in a cozy and fully equipped space. It features a double bed with bed linens and towels, a space that can be used for work or meals, a full bathroom, and a living area with armchairs and a large television. Through the window, you can admire the view of a tree-lined and quiet street, which adds even more comfort to the space.

The condominium features a 24-hour concierge, entrance hall, gym, elevators, and a mini-market. *Use of these spaces is subject to condominium rules.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
