- When reserving the space, you will need to send identification documents for access clearance at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed if accompanied by their legal guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring pets. Any of these actions will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel and do not provide daily cleaning service or linen change. If you would like extra bed linens or a cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linens: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must purchase more themselves.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you check out late, you will be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. If the reservation is for only 2 people, only the linens for one bed will be provided; it is up to the guest to share them if they wish to use the single bed, or to request an extra linen set (R$80.00). Linens for the single bed are only provided at no extra cost for bookings of 3 guests.

- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during the hours permitted by the building management, which we cannot control.

- It is not allowed to switch guests during the reservation. Only registered guests will be allowed to access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Visitors are not allowed;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Take care with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 per stained item will be charged. If the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

BUILDING RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the building;

- Walking in swimwear is not allowed in common areas or elevators;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or items outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines, and guests will be responsible for payment of these fines, with legal action taken if necessary.

The apartment is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker and coffee, and a balcony with a dining table.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. During your stay, there may be activities and maintenance, planned or unplanned, that are out of our control and are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or temporary closure of certain areas without prior notice.
