- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents for building access authorization. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed if accompanied by responsible adults.
- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.
- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, and pets are not allowed. In any of these cases, a fine will be applied.
- We are not a hotel and do not provide daily cleaning service or linen change. If you wish to request extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these services must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linens: R$80.00)
- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replace them themselves.
- We do not accept reservations for third parties. Please do not insist!
- Late check-out is not tolerated. If you check out late, a fine will be charged.
- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. If the reservation is for only 2 people, only the main bed linens will be provided, and you may choose to split them if you wish to use the sofa bed, or you may request additional linens (R$80.00). Linens for the sofa bed are provided at no additional cost only for reservations of 3 guests.
- We do not provide linens for the crib. The crib is available at no cost and must be assembled for use and disassembled before check-out.
- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during hours permitted by the building management, over which we have no control.
- Guest changes during the reservation are not allowed. Only previously registered guests will be allowed access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:
- Smoking is not allowed;
- Visitors are not allowed;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, use the trash bin for this purpose.
- Please be careful with linen stains, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.
CONDOMINIUM RULES:
- Smoking is not allowed in the building;
- Walking in swimwear in common areas and elevators is not allowed;
- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;
- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is not allowed;
- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;
- If taking out trash, please use the service elevator.
*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the guest's responsibility to pay and may be legally enforced if necessary.
The apartment is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker and coffee, and a balcony with a dining table.
The building is a residential condominium that offers some amenities:

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. During your stay, there may be activities and maintenance, planned or unplanned, that are out of our control and are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or temporary closure of certain areas without prior notice.
The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
The building is located in the Cerqueira César/Sumaré area, 500m from the Sumaré metro station, in the west zone of São Paulo, close to several bars, restaurants and shops. It has 24-hour concierge service, elevator, swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities (paid separately on site).

PROHIBITED:
- Flushing toilet paper.
- Leaving shoes or objects in the hallway leading to the apartment.
- Hanging objects on the balcony railing.
- Throwing any type of object outside the apartment.
- Smoking in the Studio (Subject to a fee equivalent to 3 days' rent, via the platform).
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Engaging in lewd acts in common areas. Violation is punishable by imprisonment and a fine.
- Wearing swimwear in elevators and common areas of the building.
ATTENTION:
- It is necessary to send an image of an official document (with a recent photo) of the Studio occupants immediately after booking confirmation. Only guests registered prior to check-in will have access to the building and apartment.
- We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. Therefore, if you arrive early, you will not be able to enter the building and will need to wait for your reservation time. Late check-out will incur a penalty equivalent to the value of 2 nights.
- Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or guardians or have notarized authorization.
- We do not offer room service, breakfast, or item replacement. Extra bed linens and towels will cost R$80.00.
- Please respect the condominium's internal regulations. Inquire about the common areas that can be used. Unauthorized use of common areas is subject to penalties.
- Compliance with noise ordinances is mandatory after 10 PM.
- We are not responsible for services provided by utility companies or third parties such as internet, water, electricity, or condominium maintenance.
- Please be careful when removing makeup. Stains on linens (towels and sheets) requiring special cleaning or replacement will be charged. A fee of R$50.00 per stained item will be charged. If the item cannot be recovered through cleaning, the full value of the item will be charged.
- When leaving the apartment, turn off the air conditioning and lights, and make sure you are not taking any items from the accommodation. Damage and theft from the accommodation will be charged and may be pursued through legal channels.
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, so please make sure you do not leave your personal belongings inside the accommodation or common areas of the building.
