- When reserving the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents in order to grant access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 are only allowed when accompanied by a guardian.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Any of these violations will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel, we do not provide daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you wish for extra bedding or a cleaning during your stay, these must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are given as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests are responsible for restocking them.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condo, which we have no control over.

- Changing guests during the reservation period is not allowed. Only guests registered in advance are allowed to access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the trash bin provided for this purpose.

- Please be careful with stains on the linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item. If the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited in the condominium;

- Walking in swimwear in common areas and the elevator is prohibited;

- It is prohibited to leave shoes, garbage, or objects outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is not allowed;

- Do not use glasses or glass items in the pool area;

- If taking the trash out, it must be done via the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which are the guest's responsibility and may be enforced legally if necessary.

The studio is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a queen-size bed, hairdryer, coffee maker and coffee, a balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, and a table with chairs that can be used for both dining and work!
