Cozy studio - 7 minutes from the subway - Pinheiros

New and complete studio on recently inaugurated property, in Pinheiros. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with coffee, stove, household utensils and much more. Also, we provide bed linen to further facilitate your stay. Space equipped for no maximum of 3 guests.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to grant access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 are only allowed when accompanied by their guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking in the accommodation is forbidden, and pets are not permitted. Any of these violations will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or linen change. If you wish to have extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replace them at their own expense.

- We do not accept reservations made on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. If the reservation is only for 2 people, only the double bed's linens will be provided. Guests may choose to share them if they wish to use the single bed, or hire extra linen (R$80.00). Single bed linens are provided at no cost only for reservations of 3 guests.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condo, which is out of our control.

- Guest changes during the reservation are not allowed. Only guests previously registered will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Visitors are not allowed;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; a waste bin is provided for this purpose.

- Please be careful with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full amount of the piece will be charged.

CONDO RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condo;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas or elevators is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- It is not allowed to hang clothes from the window;

- If you need to take out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines, and guests are responsible for payment. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

The building is a residential condominium that offers some amenities:

- 24-hour reception;

- Elevator

- Laundry room (to use the laundry room, you need to create an account in the "OMO" app and add credit to use the machines.)

Note: The apartment is in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be scheduled or unscheduled actions and maintenance that are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or the closure of certain areas without prior notice, which are beyond our control.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
