Complete studio with pool - Pinheiros

New and complete studio in a recently opened building in Pinheiros. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with coffee maker, stove, household utensils and much more. In addition, we provide bed linen to make your stay even easier. The building has a 24-hour doorman, rooftop pool, gym and laundry. This studio has the perfect balance between leisure and work!

- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents for authorization at the building's entrance. Guests under 18 are only allowed when accompanied by guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, smoking inside the accommodation, or bringing pets. Any of these actions will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you would like extra bedding or extra cleaning during your stay, it must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra bedding: R$80.00)

- We do not provide restocking of items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as courtesy, so if they run out, the guest is responsible for replacement.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours established by the condominium, which we cannot control.

- It is not allowed to change guests during the reservation. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet; please use the trash bin provided.

- Be careful with stains on bedding. A R$50.00 fee will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking anywhere in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and elevators is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or any objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes from the window;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you are taking out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which will be the guest’s responsibility to pay. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

The building is a residential condominium that offers several amenities:

- Laundry room (to use the laundry, you will need to create an account on the "OMO" app and top up credits to use the machines.)

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay there may be scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or activities, which are beyond our control and are part of the condominium routine, such as cleaning or temporary closure of certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
