Complete new studio - Pinheiros

New and complete studio on recently inaugurated property, in Pinheiros. We have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with coffee, stove, household utensils and much more. Also, we provide bed linen to further facilitate your stay. Space equipped for no maximum of 3 guests.

- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents to be granted access at the building’s front desk. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by their guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to have visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets. In any of these cases, a fine will apply.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or linen change. If you would like extra bed linen or cleaning service during your stay, this must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replace them at their own expense.

- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of third parties; please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you leave after the check-out time, you may be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. If the reservation is for only 2 people, only the bedding will be supplied. Guests can choose to share if they wish to use the sofa bed or request extra linen (R$80.00). Linens for the sofa bed are provided at no extra charge only for reservations of 3 guests.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours allowed by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

- It is not allowed to change guests during your reservation. Only previously registered guests may access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- No visitors permitted;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Please avoid stains on linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and elevators is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, garbage, or objects outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the window is prohibited;

- If you need to take out the trash, use the service elevator

*Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, which are the responsibility of the guest to pay and may lead to legal action if necessary.

Fully furnished and equipped studio for short and long stays, we have air conditioning, wi-fi, closets, household items, appliances, bed linen and various amenities in the building.

The building is a residential condominium that offers some amenities:

- 24-hour concierge;

- Elevator;

- Laundry room (to use the laundry room, you must create an account in the "OMO" app and add credit to operate the machines.)

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be scheduled or unscheduled actions and maintenance that are beyond our control and are part of the condominium routine, such as cleaning or the closure of certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
