Modern studio and fully equipped. Our studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, double bed, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, bed linen and towels, water filter and other items. In addition, we are just a few meters from the subway, less than a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, historical and tourist attractions, and has easy access to other regions of São Paulo!

- When reserving the space, you will need to send your identification documents so we can authorize your entry at the building’s main entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed if accompanied by their guardians.

- Entry to the building before the check-in time is NOT allowed. If you arrive early, you will need to wait outside until your reservation time.

- Remaining in the building after the check-out time is NOT allowed. You are required to leave after 11:00 AM.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring pets. Any of these cases will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or linen change. If you would like extra bedding or a cleaning service during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen set: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, and others. These items are provided as a courtesy; if they run out, guests are responsible for restocking.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market must be paid directly to each respective service provider. These services are NOT included in your accommodation fee and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are also not responsible for these services as they are offered by third-party companies.

- We do not accept reservations made on behalf of someone else. Please do not insist!

- Late check-outs are not tolerated. In the event of a late check-out, a fine equivalent to two nights will be charged.

- Guest changes during a reservation are not allowed. Only guests who have registered in advance will be granted access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the building management, which is beyond our control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the bin provided for that purpose.

- Take care to avoid stains on the linen. A fee of R$50.00 per stained item will be charged, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.

BUILDING RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condominium;

- Do not wear swimwear in common areas or elevators;

- Do not leave shoes, garbage, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines, which the guest will be responsible for paying and may result in legal action if necessary.

The studio is 22m², brand new, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer air conditioning, wifi, a double bed, air fryer, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, a balcony with comfortable seating for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, and a table with chairs that can be used for both dining and work!

Common areas of the condominium:

- Rooftop pool (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - additional payment required on site;

- Luggage room (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - additional payment required on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - additional payment required on site;
