- When reserving the space, you will need to submit your ID to check in at the building's reception. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Guests are only allowed in the building after check-in and before check-out.

- Under no circumstances are visitors, smoking in the property, or pets allowed. In either case, a fine will apply.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning or linen changes. If you require extra linens or cleaning during your stay, these must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, and others. These items are provided as a courtesy; therefore, if they run out, the guest must replenish them themselves.

- We do not accept reservations for third parties; please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; therefore, late check-outs will be subject to a fine.

- Bed linens and towels are provided based on the number of guests. Therefore, if the reservation is for only 2 people, only the bed linens will be provided. Guests may choose to share the linens if they wish to use the sofa bed, or purchase an extra set (R$80.00). Linens for the sofa bed are available free of charge only for reservations of 3 or more guests.

- Because this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted hours, which we have no control over.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors;

- No pets;

- No toilet paper flushing; a trash can is available for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry service is unable to remove the stain, the full price will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited in the condominium;

- Bathing suits are prohibited in the elevator;

- Shoes, trash, or other objects are prohibited outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is prohibited;

- Glasses and glass items are prohibited in the pool area;

- If you are taking out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines, which are the guest's responsibility and may be taken to court if necessary.

The studio is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have hot and cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a double bed, a sofa bed, a gas-heated shower, an air fryer, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, and a balcony with comfortable seating for a late-afternoon glass of wine. It also has a table and chairs that can be used for both dining and work.
