Fully equipped studio with everything you need for an unforgettable experience! Located in the best area of São Paulo, close to Av. Paulista, Oscar Freire, and commercial hubs. The studio features a refrigerator, television, air conditioning, cooktop, coffee maker, iron, kitchen utensils, and more for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ideal for one or two people.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents in order to be cleared at the building's entrance. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

- Staying in the building is only allowed after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances, smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. In any of these cases, a penalty of R$300.00 will be charged.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you want extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replace items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy. If you run out, you must replace them yourself.

- We do not accept bookings for third parties, so please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you delay, you will be subject to a fine.

- Since this is a new building, construction noise may occur during hours allowed by the property and is beyond our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; use the trash bin for this purpose.

- Please be careful with stains on the linen. A R$50.00 fee will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full replacement cost will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the building;

- Walking around common areas or using the elevator in swimwear is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Glass cups or items are not allowed in the pool area;

- If you need to take out trash, use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, and the guest is responsible for payment. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be actions and maintenance, scheduled or unscheduled, which are beyond our control and part of the condominium's routine, such as cleaning or restriction of certain areas without prior notice.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
