Fully equipped studio with everything you need for an unforgettable experience! Located in the best area of São Paulo, close to Av. Paulista, Oscar Freire, and commercial centers. The studio includes a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, cooktop, coffee maker, iron, kitchen utensils, and other items for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ideal for one or two people.

- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents to authorize access at the building’s entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by their guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets. In any of these cases, a fine of R$300.00 will apply.

- We are not a hotel, and we do not offer daily cleaning or linen change service. If you wish for extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, it must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, and others. These are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replace them themselves.

- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of others, please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. In case of delays, a fee will be charged.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during permitted condominium hours, which are beyond our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only previously registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not permitted;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the provided trash bin.

- Please be careful with stains on the linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item. If laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not permitted in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and elevators is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups and items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules is subject to fines, which must be paid by the guest and may result in legal action if necessary.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be scheduled or unscheduled actions and maintenance that are beyond our control and are part of the condominium's routine, such as cleaning or temporary area closings without prior notice.
