Studio complete with everything you need to have an unforgettable experience! Located in the best region of São Paulo, close to Av. Paulista, Oscar Freire and commercial centers. The studio has a refrigerator, television, air conditioning, cooktop, coffee maker, iron, household utensils and other items for your convenience. A bed and bath linen kit is available. If you want an extra kit during your stay, the cost is R$50.00. Ideal for one or two people.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents in order to authorize access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only permitted when accompanied by guardians.

- Staying in the building is only allowed after check-in time and before check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke inside the accommodation, or bring pets under any circumstance. In any of these cases, a fine of R$300.00 will be applied.

- We are not a hotel and do not provide daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you want extra bed linen or a cleaning during your stay, these must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, the guest is responsible for restocking.

- We do not accept bookings on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours permitted by the condominium, which is out of our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only guests registered in advance will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the provided bin.

- Be careful to avoid stains on the linen. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking anywhere in the building;

- No wearing swimwear in common areas or in the elevator;

- No leaving shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- No hanging clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- Garbage must be taken down using the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules will result in fines, which are the responsibility of the guest to pay, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. During your stay, there may be activities and maintenance, scheduled or unscheduled, that are beyond our control and are part of the daily routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or closure of some areas without prior notice.
