Modern studio in Vila Buarque. Our studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, double bed, wifi, coffee maker, bed and bath linen, water filter, workspace, dining area, and more. We are just a few meters from the subway, less than a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, historic and tourist sites, and offers easy access to other areas of São Paulo.

- When reserving the space, you will need to send identification documents to authorize access at the building's front desk. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their guardians.

- Entry into the building before the check-in time is NOT allowed. If you arrive early, you must wait outside until the reservation time.

- It is NOT permitted to remain in the building after the check-out time. You must leave by 11 a.m.

- Receiving visitors, smoking in the accommodation, or bringing pets is strictly forbidden. In any of these cases, a fine will apply.

- We are not a hotel; there is no daily cleaning service or linen exchange. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra bedding: R$80.00)

- We do not provide replacement items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, and if they run out, the guest is responsible for restocking them.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market are paid directly to the companies providing them. These services are NOT included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are not responsible for these services, as they are provided by third parties.

- We do not accept reservations made for others. Please do not insist.

- Late check-out is not tolerated. If you check out late, a fine equivalent to 2 nights will be charged.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only guests registered in advance will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during the hours allowed by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on the linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item. If the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Do not walk in swimwear in common areas or the elevator;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside your apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If taking out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, which are the guest's responsibility. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

The studio is 22m², brand new, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer air conditioning with hot and cold settings, Wi-Fi, a double bed, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, water filter, as well as bed linens and towels.

Common areas of the condominium:

- Rooftop pool (08:00 to 22:00) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (08:00 to 22:00) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (08:00 to 23:00);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

- Luggage storage (08:00 to 22:00) - paid separately on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - paid separately on site;
