Cozy studio in Vila Buarque. Our studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, double bed, wifi, coffee maker, bed and bath linens, and more. We're just a few meters from the subway, less than a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, historic sites, tourist attractions, and offers easy access to other areas of São Paulo.

- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents for building access authorization. Guests under 18 years old must always be accompanied by a legal guardian.

- It is NOT allowed to enter the building before the check-in time. If you arrive early, you will need to wait outside until your reservation time.

- It is NOT allowed to stay in the building after the check-out time. You are required to leave after 11 AM.

- Under no circumstances is it allowed to receive visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets. In any of these cases, a fine will be applied.

- We are not a hotel and do not provide daily cleaning or linen change services. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, this must be arranged separately! (Additional cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra bedding: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replace them on their own.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market are paid directly to the respective service providers. These services are NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately by those who use them. We are not responsible for these third-party services.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-out. If you check out late, a fine equivalent to the price of 2 nights will be charged.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only guests registered in advance will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during the hours permitted by the building management, over which we have no control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; use the trash can provided for this purpose.

- Please avoid staining the bedding. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

BUILDING RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the building;

- It is forbidden to walk in swimwear in common areas and elevators;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glasses or glass items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines, which are the guest’s responsibility to pay. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

The studio is 22m², brand new, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer hot and cold air conditioning, wifi, a double bed, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, and bed and bath linens.

- Rooftop pool (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

- Luggage storage (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - paid separately on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - paid separately on site;
