Beautiful apartment on a high floor with everything you need to have an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE! Located in a central neighborhood of the city of São Paulo, this apartment will provide mobility to anywhere in the city, with the ease of being 300 meters from a subway station and being able to do everything on foot, saving time and money due to the variety of shops available in the region and fun being in a building with complete leisure and in a region full of cultural spaces!

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building's entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed when accompanied by a responsible adult.

- Entry to the building before the check-in time is NOT permitted. If you arrive early, you must wait outside until the scheduled reservation time.

- Staying in the building after check-out time is NOT allowed. You must leave after 11 a.m.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets under any circumstances. In any such case, a fine will be applied.

- We are not a hotel. We do not provide daily cleaning or linen change services. If you want extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, or similar. These items are provided as a courtesy; if they run out, guests must replace them on their own.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini market are paid directly to the companies responsible. These services are NOT included in your accommodation fee and are paid separately by the user. We are not responsible for these services as they are provided by third-party companies.

- We do not accept reservations made on behalf of others. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs. If you check out late, a fine equivalent to the price of 2 nights will be applied.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during the hours allowed by the condominium, over which we have no control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited;

- Receiving visitors is prohibited;

- Bringing pets is prohibited;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the trash bin provided for this purpose.

- Please avoid stains on the linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Walking in swimwear in common areas and elevators is not allowed;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Hanging clothes on the balcony railing is not allowed;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out the trash, please use the service elevator

*Violation of the rules is subject to fines, which will be the responsibility of the guest to pay and may result in legal action if necessary.

- Rooftop pool (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

- Luggage storage (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - paid separately on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - paid separately on site;

It is FORBIDDEN to use the following areas: Barbecue, party hall, and parking garage. In case of violation, a fine will be charged.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or activities over which we have no control, as is routine in a condominium. These may include cleaning or the temporary closure of any area without prior notice.
