Cozy studio in Vila Buarque. Our studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, double bed, wifi, coffee maker, bed and bath linens, and more. We're just a few meters from the subway, less than a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, historic sites, tourist attractions, and offers easy access to other areas of São Paulo.

- When booking the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 are only allowed if accompanied by their guardians.

- It is NOT allowed to enter the building before check-in time; if you arrive early, you will need to wait outside until your reservation time.

- It is NOT allowed to stay in the building after check-out time; you are required to leave after 11:00 am.

- Visitors, smoking in the accommodation, and bringing in pets are strictly forbidden. Violation of any of these rules will result in a penalty fee.

- We are not a hotel; we do not offer daily cleaning services or change of linens. If you wish to request additional bed linens or cleaning services during your stay, these must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Additional linens: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy; if they run out, guests are responsible for resupplying them on their own.

- Services such as luggage storage, laundry, and mini-market are paid directly to the respective service providers. These services are NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately by users. We are not responsible for these services as they are provided by third-party companies.

- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of others. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; in case of delay, a penalty equivalent to 2 nights will be charged.

- Changing guests during the stay is not allowed. Only guests who have been registered in advance will have access to the accommodation.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise permitted during certain hours by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Be careful with stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry is unable to remove the stain, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and elevators is not permitted;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- When disposing of trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules will result in penalties, which the guest will be responsible for paying and may be subject to legal action if necessary.

The studio is 22m², brand new, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer hot and cold air conditioning, wifi, a double bed, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, and bed and bath linens.

Common areas of the condominium:

- Rooftop pool (8 AM to 10 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8 AM to 10 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24 hours);

- Gym (8 AM to 11 PM);

- OMO laundry (24 hours) - additional charge on site;

- Luggage storage (8 AM to 10 PM) - additional charge on site;

- Mini market (24 hours) - additional charge on site;
