- When reserving the space, you will need to send identification documents to arrange access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardians.

- It is NOT permitted to enter the building before check-in time or remain after check-out time.

- Receiving visitors, smoking in the accommodation, or bringing in pets is strictly prohibited. In any of these cases, a fine will be applied.

- We are not a hotel and do not offer daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you wish to have extra bed linen or cleaning during your stay, these must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy; if they run out, guests are responsible for replacing them.

- We do not accept bookings made on behalf of third parties. Please do not insist!

- Late check-out is not tolerated; in case of delay, a fine will be charged.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. For reservations for only 2 people, only double bed linens will be provided. If you wish to use the single bed, you may divide the linens or hire extra linen (R$80.00). Linen for the single bed is provided at no extra cost only for reservations of 3 guests.

- Since this is a new building, there may be construction noise during hours permitted by the property management, which is beyond our control.

- Guest swaps during the stay are not allowed. Only registered guests will have access to the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited;

- Receiving visitors is prohibited;

- Pets are not allowed;

- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. Use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Take care with stains on linens. A fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item. If laundry cannot remove the stain, the full price of the item will be charged.

BUILDING RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Wearing swimwear in common areas and in the elevator is not permitted;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or other items outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups and other glass items in the pool area;

- If you need to throw out trash, use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with these rules is subject to fines, which are the responsibility of the guest to pay and may result in legal action if necessary.

The building is a residential condominium offering several amenities:

Note: The apartment is in a residential building. During your stay, there may be activities and maintenance, whether scheduled or not, that are beyond our control and are part of regular condominium operations, such as cleaning or temporary closure of certain areas without prior notice.
