- When reserving the space, you will need to send identification documents to allow access at the building entrance. Guests under 18 years old are only allowed with their legal guardians.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after the check-in time and before the check-out time.

- It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors, smoke in the accommodation, or bring pets. In any of these cases, a fine will apply.

- We are not a hotel, so we do not provide daily cleaning services or linen changes. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these must be hired separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not replenish items such as toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy, so if they run out, guests must replenish them on their own.

- We do not accept reservations made for third parties; please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; in the event of a delay, a fine will apply.

- As this is a new building, there may be construction noise during hours permitted by the condominium, which is beyond our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests may access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, please use the bin provided for this purpose.

- Please be careful to avoid staining the linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged for each stained item, and if the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- Smoking is not allowed in the condominium;

- Swimwear is not permitted in common areas or in the elevator;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or any items outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you need to dispose of trash, please use the service elevator

*Failure to comply with the rules will result in fines, which are the guest’s responsibility to pay and may result in legal action if necessary.
