- When booking the space, it will be necessary to send identification documents to allow access at the building’s entrance. Guests under 18 are only allowed if accompanied by a guardian.

- Staying in the building is only permitted after check-in time and before check-out time.

- Under no circumstances are visitors allowed, nor is smoking in the accommodation or bringing pets. Any of these will result in a fine.

- We are not a hotel, and do not offer daily cleaning or linen changes. If you would like extra bedding or cleaning during your stay, these services must be booked separately! (Extra cleaning: R$150.00), (Extra linen: R$80.00)

- We do not restock items such as: toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, among others. These items are provided as a courtesy. If they run out, it is the guest’s responsibility to replace them.

- We do not accept bookings for third parties. Please do not insist!

- We do not tolerate late check-outs; if you are late, you will be subject to a fine.

- Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of guests. For reservations of 2 people, only the main bed linens are provided. Guests may share them if they wish to use the single bed, or order an extra set (R$80.00). Linens for the single bed are only provided at no cost for reservations of 3 guests.

- Laundry service is paid directly to the building. This service is NOT included in the accommodation price and is paid separately by the user. We are not responsible for the laundry service, as it is provided by another company.

- As this is a new building, construction noise may occur during permitted hours, which are beyond our control.

- Changing guests during the reservation is not allowed. Only pre-registered guests may access the accommodation.

APARTMENT RULES:

- No smoking;

- No visitors allowed;

- No pets allowed;

- Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet; please use the trash bin provided for this purpose.

- Please avoid stains on linens; a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per stained item. If the laundry cannot remove the stain, the full value of the item will be charged.

CONDOMINIUM RULES:

- No smoking in the building;

- Do not walk in swimwear in common areas or elevators;

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or objects outside the apartment;

- Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing;

- Do not use glass cups or items in the pool area;

- If you need to take out the trash, please use the service elevator.

*Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines, which the guest will be responsible for paying. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

The studio is brand new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a double bed, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee maker and coffee, a balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy a glass of wine in the late afternoon, and a table with chairs that can be used for meals or work!

The building is a residential condominium that offers some amenities:

- Self-service laundry - paid separately and directly on site

- Elevator

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay there may be actions and maintenance, scheduled or not, which are beyond our control and are part of the daily routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or the closing of certain areas without prior notice. If you have any questions, please check with the building's front desk or our support team regarding the opening hours of the common areas.
