The building also offers complete amenities with pool, sauna, gym, and coworking space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Check-in: after 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM sharp.

- Early entry before check-in or staying after check-out is not allowed, as access to the building is restricted to reservation times according to condominium rules.

- Parking: we do not have parking spaces available.

- Luggage storage: the building offers a luggage storage service, allowing you to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. This service is charged separately and is subject to the condominium’s rules and availability.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:

- The accommodation is exclusively for the guests registered in the reservation, with no possibility of changing guests after check-in.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

- Parties or events are not allowed.

- Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The number of guests must match what is stated in the reservation.

- Do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on the balcony railing.

- Do not leave shoes, trash, or other objects outside the apartment.

CLEANING AND LINENS:

- The stay does not include daily cleaning or linen change during your stay. If you wish to hire these services separately, please contact us.

- For stays of 30 days or more: we offer a complimentary linen and towel change, which can be scheduled from the 15th day of your stay onwards.

- Complimentary items provided in the apartment are offered in an initial quantity and are not replenished during the stay, including coffee, soap, toilet paper, among others.

- Toilet paper must be disposed of only in the trash bin. Flushing it may cause clogs, and guests will be responsible for the costs of any resulting damage or necessary services.

Our communication is conducted exclusively through the Airbnb platform. Other means of contact are used only in emergency situations.

DAMAGES AND CHARGES

Damages, losses, permanent stains, or dirt requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in charges for the necessary costs of cleaning, repair, or replacement of items.

CONSTRUCTION AND NOISE:

As this is a residential condominium, construction, maintenance work, or other noise may occur from neighboring units or common areas, over which we have no control.

The apartment was designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay, whether for business or leisure trips. You will find:

- Kitchen equipped with: minibar, microwave, single-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, air fryer, water filter, and other daily utensils;

- Bed linen and towels;

- Iron and ironing board;

- Gas shower with excellent pressure.

Common areas of the condominium:

- Rooftop pool (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Sauna and shower (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - closed on Mondays for cleaning;

- Coworking space (24h);

- Gym (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM);

- OMO laundry (24h) - paid separately on site;

- Luggage storage (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) - paid separately on site;

- Mini market (24h) - paid separately on site;

The following areas are off-limits: Barbecue area, event room, and garage.

Note: The apartment is located in a residential building. Therefore, during your stay, there may be actions and maintenance, scheduled or not, that are out of our control and are part of the routine of a condominium, such as cleaning or the temporary closure of some areas without prior notice.

- Access to the building is through the entrance, which operates 24 hours a day.

- To gain entry, it is necessary to send in advance the identification documents of all guests included in the reservation.

- Facial registration is optional and can be completed in person at the entrance upon arrival.

- For a smoother arrival, we suggest that the documents of all guests in the reservation be sent at least 30 minutes before check-in so we can complete the registration process ahead of time. This way, when you arrive, access will be ready and you won't need to wait outside.

The guest can contact the company via chat, email, or messaging service. Our service is open every day from 8am to 12am, and for emergencies we can answer our phone 24 hours a day.
